Brad Hoffman
Brad gained his deep knowledge of the corporate world from the inside, where he worked as a senior-level executive in Fortune 500 companies for more than 15 years and traveled the globe to pull complex deals together. In 2003, Brad decided to put his experience to work to help his own clients in private practice. He became an entrepreneur himself as a founding partner of our law firm, and he lives here in the area with his wife and three children.

Ryan joined our firm in 2018 after earning his law degree from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. Ryan is a Fort Collins native and is excited to serve the legal interests of individuals in the community he grew up in. Ryan’s practice focuses primarily on business law, including entity formation, business development, and contracts.
